Service Description

This service is for clients and customers that has purchased a voucher from Groupon that is now expired. If you have your Groupon voucher, please leave the code in the notes, pay the deposit, and the rest is due before the service starts. You will need the voucher 5-to-8-digit number or scan bar code to redeem your voucher. It can no longer be redeemed by name.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to the team members at Vursatyle Massage and Spa. It is reserved especially for you as we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we ask respectfully that if you must cancel your appointment, that you cancel it at least 2 HOURS before your appointment time. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive service. We ask that if a no-show appointment occurs, we have the right to reserve a non-refundable deposit to reserve a future appointment. Refunds: There is a 10% refund fee on all card transactions.
