Important to Know

Our Cancellation Policy: Your appointment is very important to the team members at Vursatyle Massage and Spa. It is reserved especially for you as we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we ask respectfully that if you must cancel your appointment, that you cancel it at least 2 HOURS before your appointment time. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

We ask that if a no-show appointment occurs more than once, we have the right to reserve a non-refundable deposit for half of the service price to reserve a future appointment. You will pay the other half at the time of the appointment. If you do not show up for the new appointment or if you do not cancel within the time frame requested above, your deposit will be taken as payment. If you are using a groupon voucher, that is equivalent to you leaving your voucher code. Which will be charged if there is a second no-show.

Refunds: There is a 10% refund fee on all card transactions.

Non-Membership package plans

Membership package plans

Purchase of package plans expires 12 months after the purchase. This means that the day after a year has passed, if you have not used all of your purchased packages, you will lose any sessions that are left.
Each package comes with a choice of swedish, deep tissue, and couples' massages. You may use the 60-minute sessions for prenatal massages. The package may not be split into any other minutes. You will have to use the whole 60-minute or 90-minutes at the time of the appointment.
Although our non-membership packages do not include specialty massages, you may add them to any session at the time of your appointment for an additional fee.
Sorry, there are "No Refunds." Please read the package policy carefully before making a purchase. We are here to answer any questions that you may have.
You may not gift these sessions to another person. Each package belongs to one person. If you are purchasing for someone else the sessions in the package belongs to that person. In other words, no sharing package sessions.

Membership fees are automatically billed to the card on file each month. Cancellation is permitted any time following a two-month period. Membership subscriptions are non-refundable, and unused credits for the current month or missed months will be transferred to the subsequent month. Credits may be gifted to friends or family. Should you cancel your membership and have remaining credits, you have the option to gift or utilize them within one year from the cancellation date.
