Service Description
Private Parties for 4 or more; choose between already packaged together child spa parties or make your own package with available party services. Parties have a minimum of 2-hrs 30 mins or 3-hrs 30 minutes of party time, and a maximum of 5-hrs 45 mins. You will receive up to an hour of decoration time before the party begins if needed. Depending on which package is chosen, there is a maximum of 8 people for already serviced party packages except for the Premium Vibrancy and the Violet Packages, which has a maximum of 7 and 9 people each. Package starting price includes the minimum required persons. There is a price increase per person with any additional person up to maximum persons. What comes with the party? Decorations, picture booths, fruit cups or pudding cups, sparkling water, utensils, cups, and spa gifts. Please book all spa parties at least 3 weeks in advance. Anything shorter must be discussed prior to booking online.
Cancellation Policy
Small party changes must be made 72hrs prior to the party date. Big party changes must be made as soon as possible, no later than 72hrs after booking. A $350 deposit is required when you book your party online. You may pay a 50% deposit of which ever package you choose, if you contact me directly, and I will send an invoice to be paid upon receipt. You have 48hrs to request a full refund of your deposit minus a 10% refund fee. Only 39% of the deposit is returned if it is requested after 48hrs. A final invoice for the remaining balance with be sent 10 days prior to the party date and is due upon receipt. The full balance is due 7 days prior to the party date. Party cancellations must be made before the 7-day full payment deadline; a 10% refund fee will apply. If for some reason you need to cancel after the remaining balance has been paid, only 50% of your total paid will be refunded.
